Barcelona brunch spots
There are hundreds of places for breakfast and brunch in Barcelona. In this post i will recommend to you few Barcelona brunch spots that we visited, ate there and loved it.

Tranqui Barcelona
I’ve NEVER had a more aesthetic and tasty brunch at the same time! It was simply delicious!
Tranqui is a breakfast/brunch spot in Barcelona, with a nice, cozy but small interior. Get ready to wait outside to be seated, as there is a chance the location is full and you will have to wait in a queue before enjoying a breakfast or brunch at Tranqui Barcelona.
We waited outside for about 15 mins before we could receive a table inside. The staff is very friendly and nice. We were with a stroller , but they made it possible for us to have the stroller next to us, even though the place is not huge.
Now let’s get to food. The food was DELICIOUS! We had a salmon toast with avocado, a jamon serrano toast, shakshouka and some mini pancakes with fruits and chocolate. The portions are big, very colorful and very tasty.
If you visit Tranqui Barcelona, do not miss the salmon avocado toast and the mini pancakes with fruits and chocolate!
Anyway, those 2 were our 2 favorites, but i think that no matter what you try from the menu, it will be delicious! And as a bonus, the coffee is very GOOD as well! Don’t miss to add this place to your Barcelona brunch spots!
The Egg Lab – Barcelona
One word, AMAZING! We had brunch at The Egg Lab in Barcelona, we loved it!
The location is more like industrial style and looks very good, but we stayed outside, as the weather was very nice. If i’m not mistaken, The Egg Lab has multiple locations in Barcelona. We visited the one that is located on Carrer de Calabria.
We didn’t had to wait to be seated, which was very good. The staff was very nice and polite to us, happy to answer our questions about some items from the menu. The order came very fast and was delicious.
We tried something called ROYALE and had bread, veggies, salmon, poached egg and holland sauce, served with a very interesting cucumber salad. We didn’t regret our choice, it was very TASTY. Also, i had the Vanilla Latte, which was very good, but keep in mind that is sweet, like very sweet, at least for my taste!
The Coffee House – Barcelona
Cozy interior and very good food.
I liked it here, it’s a very nice Barcelona brunch spot. The place is not so big, but there is enough space. And also we didn’t had to wait to be seated, which was very nice, keeping in mind that we were travelling with a 2 months old baby.
The staff at The Coffee House Barcelona, again, very friendly and nice, as allover the places in Barcelona.
Although, the place was almost full of people, we were served right away and the food came pretty quick.
I’ve had something like a menu which included drinks as well, it was with ham, salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs , bread and croissant and jam and my husband had some jamon toast with some scrambled eggs . To be honest, my husband’s choice was better than mine, i liked his brunch more than mine .
But overall, the food was delicious and we had a very good time at The Coffee House Barcelona.
